- How long will it take to process my order?
- We will process the order as soon as possible based on volume of orders. However, expected time frame for processing the order is 5-10 business days.
- What is your return/refund policy?
- Due to the nature of our items being hand-made in small batches, all sales are final. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent loss or theft of package(s).
- Little things with big heart is not responsible for failure of delivery or damage caused by the shipping company as we have taken the utmost care to handle your orders from our end. As such, we will not be able to reship any orders. Please contact the shipping carrier for issues related to shipment.

- Where do you ship from?
- This will depend on the product. However, at this time, most items will be shipped from Texas, USA.
- Customs and import taxes
- International orders; customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check with your local government sites for details on how to handle these items. Little Things with Big Heart is not responsible for any delays and losses due to customs.
